Your account

• You must give accurate information and verify your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• Accounts are for individual use. Please don't share your sign-in.

Acceptable use

• Use Ask Dr. A lawfully and respectfully.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or copy its content in bulk.
• Don't use it to make discriminatory or unlawful decisions about people.

Uploaded assessments

You keep ownership of the reports you upload. Only upload reports you have the right and the person's permission to use. You allow us to process them only to answer your questions. See our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated guidance

Ask Dr. A uses artificial intelligence grounded in Dr. Abelson's materials. Answers are general guidance and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, medical, psychological or employment advice. Use your own judgment, and don't base hiring or employment decisions on Ask Dr. A alone.

Free trial and subscription

• New accounts get a 1-day (24-hour) free trial. No card is required, and you are not charged when it ends.
• After the trial, continued access costs $20 per month. You pay when you subscribe, and the plan renews automatically every month.
• You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid month.

Intellectual property

The Ask Dr. A name, logo and Dr. Abelson's content and materials belong to The Abelson Group.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, The Abelson Group is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the guidance. We may update, suspend or end the service or these terms, and we will post changes on this page.
